Hi, I'm Dr. Tara Rawana!I'm a Burlington-based Naturopathic Doctor passionate about supporting the mental and physical health of tweens and teens. Every month, I host a free mom and tween daughter (ages 8-12) event at The Poppy Clinic, creating a space for connection, learning, and community. My goal is to help you build a strong network of like-minded moms navigating this phase of life together.In my private practice, I work with many tweens and teens, providing support for mental health, digestive issues, skin concerns, and more.
