Technicien en Génie mécanique de formation gradué du CEGEP de Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu en 1992.Auditeur externe selon la norme ISO 19011 de chez Accademia Qualitas.A oeuvré comme directeur de production et de qualité dans plusieurs entreprises de transformation du métal jusqu'en 2002.Commence ensuite une carrière axé plus vers les grands chantiers de construction en assurance qualité et environnement selon ISO 9001 et ISO 14001 et ce jusqu'en 2018.Depuis 2018, oeuvre à titre de consultant technique et qualité à son compte comme propriétaire de TC Consultech Inc.
