"For some it takes a village. For our family, it takes a barn. Over the years, we’ve been fortunate to have incredible community & barn support. It’s that support that helps our family keep Channing riding on her good days, and now, me in the garden. This all started in 2003, and it’s hard to believe it’s now been 21 years. That’s exactly why we’re raising the bar, and digging deeper for CURE Epilepsy. Our family’s goal is to raise $100,000.00 for a researcher to receive one of CURE Epilepsy’s Taking Flight Award $100,000/One year research grants. Since 2019, our family has raised over $55,000.00. Living with refractory epilepsy wasn't the plan, but for 21 years it continues to be the ride of our lives.
