Tech and Inclusion Advocates Ireland is an Irish non-profit organisation on a mission to improve multicultural harmony in Ireland by improving the inclusion, visibility, and representation of people of Black descent and other underrepresented ethnic groups within technology, corporate, and institutional sectors. Our vision is to advance and promote inclusion and diversity to ensure corporate and institutional spaces in Ireland reflect and include the diversity in today’s Ireland as technology use increases across disciplines.Our values areAccountability: Each of us is responsible for our words, our actions, and our results, so we honour commitments we make and we expect the same from those we work with.Boldness: We value the willingness to take risks and act innovatively as we advocate for change. We bring courage to people and we are willing to pioneer new ways forward.Collaboration: We value unity and we are stronger when we act as one. We will seek other advocates, partner with organisations and diversity groups to foster change.
