Tess Bondavalli

Lawrence Colburn and Tess Bondavalli have been working together on the restaurant projects Preservation and Atlas Chicken for the last 13 years. Tess has done the music and marketing for both brands. She loves living in the Fox Valley, has been spying on the Q Center from the bike path for years, and has been cooking up this project ever since her mid-life crisis. She now calls it her "healing journey." It is how she has met so many talented, supportive women here who she has wrangled together to offer this soul vitamin to any broad who is interested.
