That Industry Girl is a vibrant community in LA, dedicated to hosting events for women from various industries. TIG was established February 2023 by Ashley Tioni, who moved from Detroit to LA to pursue a career in the music industry. After writing about her journey in her blog, she began curating monthly experiences for LA transplants like herself to socialize and connect. The monthly events have provided other “industry girls” opportunities to foster connections, explore LA, and embrace new experiences with new people.
