The Buffalo Farm

The Buffalo Farm has Scotland's largest herd of Water Buffalo and Scotland's first and only producer of Scottish Buffalo Mozzarella .The business was originally set up in the spring of 2005 by Steven Mitchell, with the objective of producing superior quality meat to market direct to the public. We now have our own Farm Shop, Coffee Shop and Milk Bar in our main facilities, just outside Kirkcaldy.
