Jake Day is a police officer, full-time academy instructor, and U.S. Air Force Veteran. With a decade of experience working patrol in a major US city, together with another decade spent as a full-time police academy instructor, Jake has learned first-hand what it takes to properly manage stress in one of the country's most difficult professions. With that knowledge and wisdom Jake has created a groundbreaking wellness curriculum that speaks directly to the "Hero Class" --those first responders and working professionals that keep this country moving.
