The Curious Crafter

About the creatorsThe Curious Crafter was started by partners Francisco Martinez and Teddy Schober. Both avid creators and travelers, the idea for the business sparked after taking a clay mask sculpting class together on vacation in Greece.Since then, they wanted to create an outlet for people to express their creativity by learning new arts and crafts techniques. Around the Covid-19 pandemic, they turned their focus to at-home crafting, allowing people to customize their own creating experience from the comfort and safety of their own homes. ​Both Francisco and Teddy have led “Jack-Of-All-Trades” lives. Francisco hails from El Paso, TX and has pursued his passions of aviation and entrepreneurship throughout his life. Teddy is from the Milwaukee, WI area and studied Interior Design, having since worked on a variety of prop styling and home design projects. Together they bring creative know-how and business-savvy to The Curious Crafter.
