Business Owner - Erica is a professional health and wellness counselor who graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Erica is known for guiding individuals through self-sabotage, anxiety, depression, addictions and overall health concerns through one-on-one counseling, workshops and wellness retreats.Erica overcame her own personal challenges and found peace through wellness and healing practices such as yoga, mediation and multiple mindful methods. She now dedicates her work to helping men, women and teens overcome these similar concerns.Holistic Health and Wellness Coach –Erica studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition out of New York City.
