The Leg Up Project CIC started as a men's health group and was formed in April 2019, since the start of 2023 we opened it up to all adults. We are a social hub delivering outdoor therapy and wellbeing workshops with the sole purpose of raising the holistic well-being for all involved.Our ethos is– be Supportive, be Honest to yourself and others, have Integrity and take positive action.
