At The Lexington Theatre Company (“The Lex”), we create professional theatre and train the next generation of theatre artists, so that our community can enjoy a shared experience of masterful storytelling.Our productions pair talented young artists with seasoned industry professionals. Our audiences delight in high-calibre professional theatre while watching the stars of today and tomorrow shine onstage together.Our unique logo takes on the form of the proscenium arch, representing the theatrical "fourth wall." Its triple layer represents the depth of our work and the many people whose lives have been touched by it. Each arch represents an aspect of our work - Productions, Education and Outreach. Rather than a wall, it has become a bridge — between professionals and young artists, between actors and audience, between Broadway and the Bluegrass.The Lexington Theatre Company is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
