The Noledge House identified that there were limited, and none in some regions, where prevention-focused mental health care was available for community to access. Our wellness first principle comes from a trauma-informed framework and aims to support people headed towards or in a vulnerable situation, by providing strategies, wellness plans, extended support networks and safe place concepts, to remove stressors that may cause illbeing and to mitigate emergency mental health presentations in to EDs. Our events are fundraising solely for the purpose of delivering our programs and workshops free to those who need them. Thank you for supporting our events!
