The Refinery

From social justice issues, disproportionate COVID-19 illnesses, to systemic financial and political struggles, the quality of life for Black Americans' was stifled by these challenges. The Refinery was developed by serial entrepreneur and leader, Gary Hartfield, to serve as a safe space for conversation, support, and healing. It is more than an event, it’s an opportunity to “refine” mindsets and create solutions. It’s a place to celebrate our greatness and remind the world of our existence. It’s a space for inspiration and empowerment.
