The Remakery Oxford

The Remakery Oxford is a collaboration between local artists, makers and the community whose purpose is to transform the used and discarded, broken, obsolete and unloved into something new, taking on a new life and purpose, be it function, form or art. Our aim is to inspire a new wave of creators to disrupt the status quo of top down mass production and wasteful, socially & environmentally harmful consumerism.We encourage experimentation and innovation where anyone can curate art, function and fashion with minimal planetary impact. We want to share resources, skills and insights through workshops, talks, exhibitions, podcasts and other events.It is a safe space to experiment, collaborate, fail, learn and grow together.
