We’re The Rural Communities Mental Health (RCMH) Foundation, a mental health awareness and suicide prevention charity for people working and living in rural and agricultural communities and their support networks. Drawing on our own farming backgrounds and personal experiences of bereavement by suicide, we want to drive positive change in the way our rural and agricultural communities perceive, talk about and support mental health. Together.Our vision is to prevent people working in the rural communities dying by suicide and we will support rural and agricultural communities through our training and education programmes, online advice and support. This training includes fullly funded Mental Health First Aid training and this is the current focus of our fundraising.
