The Sher Jung Foundation

The Sher Jung Foundation is a charity supporting and promoting new writers from all backgrounds, in particular South Asian creatives so to promote and encourage literacy within the community.We were formed to advance the legacy and values of Sher Jung, a political satirist born in Punjab, India who had 13 books published in India. He was also a Headteacher and believed that education should be free to all, regardless of background or means.
