The Sunshine Project offers a safe and nurturing wellbeing space for healing, growth, education and transformation. Founded by Michelle Major in 2012, The Sunshine Project has grown organically, supporting a wide range of organisations and clients throughout Northern Ireland and further afield. The wellbeing business won the prestigious ‘Business of the Year’ award in November 2016 from the Local Women Business Awards.Sunshine ServicesMichelle has developed a range of trauma-informed and evidence-based emotional wellbeing courses, trainings & workshops specifically designed to empower others with the somatic tools & techniques to safely release stored stressors in the body. Michelle's unique offering blends both nervous system education and experiential practice which is both required in order to invite more regulation & responsiveness to the autonomic nervous system. Michelle has recently authored her first book, An Invitation to Notice, which is now available to pre-order.Our clients include community organisations, public & private sector, corporate organisations, education sector, conferences & events.
