The Transformed Youare providers of Intervention and Support Mentoring Programmes designed specifically to Transform the Lives and Raise the Aspirations of all Children and Young People in Care and Care Leavers who are identified as having behaviour, emotional and social difficulties hindering their success. Our vision is to support and develop within them a set of attitudes to build resilience, self confidence, self esteem and good social and communication skills and life skills , in order for them to achieve their aspirations and their full potential thus improving their outcomes and life chances. We also provide Handbooks and deliver Training Courses to equip and empower Foster Carers, Residential Children’s Care Home Staff, Social Workers and Teachers with the knowledge, skills and solutions to make a positive difference in the life of the one in Care.We are also the home ofThe Black Care Experience,helping to shape a better Care Experience for the next Black and In Care Generation.
