Maria’s passion lies in spiritual healing, feminine empowerment & understanding trauma which leads to triggers, relationship issues & addictions. For the past few years she has been working on self care routines, educating herself on these subjects & working on her own past traumas in order to help others do the same.Styliana’s mission is to help women overcome confidence barriers, understand how to access feminine energy & to break old negative habits & behaviours caused from previous trauma or childhood. Passionate about personality traits, attachment styles & triggers. She worked in account management, marketing & womens photography for over 10 years, but 5 years ago started her own healing journey, reading books, hiring a life coach & completing a life coaching qualification so she could help others achieve a similar goal.Both friends came together through their past traumas to create a wellness experience for other women. Retreats, workshops & coaching content to support confidence, feminine energy & focus on self care, aswell as supporting women to understand themselves better, figure out where certain emotions are coming from & breaking through mental blocks to create a joyful life.
