With herbal and ritual support that honors your path, your ancestry, your body, and your highest self, we weave together mindfulness, the abundant medicine of plants, and ancient healing rituals.We combine the knowledge of science with our own intuition to work with modern medicine, not against it, and we empower you to advocate for yourself, honor yourself, and heal in the way and pace that’s right for you, with all the possible tools you could have in your hands.We believe in the well of healing: digging deep within us to find the clear and bountiful waters of vitality.And we believe in the wheel of healing: that healing is cyclical, not linear, a spiral that ebbs and flows, and as we evolve, we are further out from our origin point than when we started. And that is beautiful.In addition to ongoing integrative herbalism care for clients, we host red tent women's circles, tea leaf reading pop ups and circles, intuitive tea ceremonies, period parties for kids starting their cycles, and a myriad of collaborative events with other healign practitioners.
