The West Indian Foundation, Inc. encourages a strong and stable economic status of West Indians in the Greater Hartford community and globally through promotion of the arts, education, economics, health and the preservation and perpetuation of West Indian culture.Our vital support comes from private donors, corporations, other foundations and organizations, as well as individual tax-deductible gifts which enable the Foundation to sustain its commitment to programs and services to the community. Individuals may contribute to the Foundation through the West Indian Foundation for specific ear-marked initiatives or general programs. There are multiple ways to make a donations: cash, bequests, life insurance, appreciated securities and charitable reminder trusts. Other giving opportunities include honoring the memory of loved ones.
