Therapeutic Massage & CE Trainings with Amber

Amber has studied massage, breath mechanics and natural movement for 18 years. She has dedicated herself to the movement arts and is the owner of a successfulmassage/private yoga business in Monroe, Georgia and teaches at the Oconee School of Massage. She is a certified yoga teacher, licensed massage therapist,and certified Thai yoga therapist. Her favorite things to lead in private or group settings are pranayama (breathwork), meditation, Yin and Hatha yoga, mindful movement and ThaiYoga Bodywork.
