At TTH Performance we want to put Flag Football into the community and provide as many kids as possible the opportunity to play one of the fastest growing sports in the world.We offer training camps and introductory sessions to all kids throughout Kent and SE London to help develop new skills, create an inclusive environment and the opportunity for fun and friendship, all whilst promoting the sport.We want to be at the forefront of sports development for all ages and abilities across Flag Football, American Football and other sports in the UK, focusing on performance as a whole.We are working to build a model that stems from the American way of sports coaching and progression that teaches you how to be a more well rounded athlete for your sport. This includes everything from performance and recovery to nutrition and psychology.
