My name is Toni. The need to feel, know and understand myself, is an innate part of who I am. This driving force has supported my journey and healing process.Healing from and resolving trauma has been my personal focus and has lead me to explore many therapeutic pathways, which include meditation, TRE (tension and stress releasing exercises), crystal healing, shamanic healing, massage and integrated myofascial release, Pellowah, several reiki traditions, including reiki drum, gong and sound healing modalities like Angelic Harmony therapy.I have followed a calling to reconnect and work with nature and drum, to help the land and myself. I love the gentleness of the sacred drum and how it supports us to process and heal any unresolved experiences and woundings, miscreations and misperceptions. It really supports you to let go of the outside world and settle into your heart to explore your challenges, release, resolve and dissolve programming and beliefs so you can set yourself free to be who you truly are.Drum and drum birthing has been a calling that I have followed and it plays a significant part of the healing work i do for myself, and i facilitate groups and teach others So that they may empower themselves.
