Tradesman Association of BC

The Tradesman Association of BC is the first South Asian non-profit organization dedicated to representing all types of skilled trade professionals in the construction industry. Our members possess the expertise and qualifications necessary for success, and through our platform, they gain direct access to opportunities that allow them to showcase their skills. By joining our association, members benefit from a strong support system, significantly increasing their chances of success compared to those without such backing.With over 500 members and rapidly growing, we are proud to be the only East Indian trade association in BC. Given that 70% of East Indians work in the construction sector, their dedication plays a crucial role in driving BC's economic growth.We offer specialized training and education in Punjabi, including courses on fall protection, construction safety, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for builders—recognized by BC Housing. This equips our members with strong values, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to deliver top-quality services. Our programs focus on understanding customer needs and fostering continuous improvement in trade practices.We host monthly educational seminars, bringing together industry experts and professionals to share insights and knowledge. Our key supporters include Fortis BC, BC Hydro, Trans Mountain, BC One Call, and WorkSafeBC.The Tradesman Association of BC is committed to providing its members with the tools, guidance, and ethical standards needed to excel in their professions.
