Our tribe is a safe space where everyone is encouraged to be their authentic selves.In the hustle and bustle of modern life, many of us have lost touch with our true selves. We get caught up in external expectations, forgetting to listen to our inner voice. At Tribe Holistics, we are dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their authentic essence through a holistic approach that encompasses self-love, dynamic healing processes and nature immersion.Our services range from 1-1 sessions to large scale group events. 1-1 sessions including Personalised Kundalini Sessions, Reiki, Theta Healing, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Breathwork, Mindfulness Meditation, Tantra Education, Personal Training and Posture Alignment. Group Events consisting of Cacao Ceremonies, Mens Circles , Women's Circles , Cold Water Therapy, Kundalini Yoga, Energy Workshops , Meditation , Intuitive Healing, Cold Water Therapy, Breathwork, Mantra, Kirtan, Ecstatic Dance , Primal Yoga and Group Fitness Classes .
