One of the Springs 5 original breweries, open in 2008. We're focused on the highest quality artisan beers, elevated pub food, and a warm fun brewery experience. Our earthy space is repurposed from 2 barns and includes many artistic attributes such as a recycled glass bar top, a book arch entry, industrial hand made steel tables, barrel-aged Colorado beetle kill patio tables, and other quirky touches from a range of local artists. Come thirsty! We have 36 TRiNiTY “brewed-in-house” beers on draft and bottles from our cellar collection to choose . We also serve Colorado draft hard-cider (gluten-free), and a wide range of wines, bourbons, tequilas, and our own collection of brewery cocktails. Our kitchen offers a LOT of traditional, vegan, veg, and GF options AND our legendary beer-baked crust. PLENTY of seating inside or on our dog-friendly patio. We offer full catering and FREE event space that can accommodate groups from 10 up to 175 guests for all types of events and parties.
