About Tulsa County Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP)The Tulsa County CHIP is a long-term plan, systematic effort to address public health problems on the basis of the results of community health assessment activities and the community health improvement process. We are excited to launch into a new five-year iteration of the CHIP.
