United Community Independence Programs, Inc. (UCIP) is a caring and supportive agency dedicated to people with developmental disabilities. We strive to provide supports for an everyday life and people’s dreams beyond the horizon.UCIP was the first organization of its kind to open a community home for people with developmental disabilities in Pennsylvania. Founded in 1966 by a group of concerned parents to serve four children, today UCIP is an inclusive agency embracing and serving hundreds of people.
