Vision:Unity in HIStory Outreach Foundation, Inc., with God in all that we do, we will be a bridge between diversity and unity as we bring awareness to our HIStorical past to our community.Mission:To have a community, that is empowered through our outreach foundation, to become knowledgeable of our HIStorical past, understand our HIStorical present, as we promote unity by celebrating, educating, and serving our community, to become part of our HIStorical future.About Us:Unity in HIStory Outreach Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit(501(c)(3) organization, who serves to bring awareness of African American History to the local community. We engage our community in positive ways, as we embrace diversity and promote unity to those we serve. We expose our youth to the arts and present awards. We reach out to those who are less fortunate through the “Our Hands Give Gloves to Your Hands” program.Unity in HIStory Outreach Foundation, Inc. is humbled and continues to honor the Federal Holiday of Juneteenth, with an event that will educate and celebrate our HIStory: Juneteenth Community Celebration & Unity Walk. The City of Powder Springs has once again partnered with Unity in HIStory Outreach Foundation, Inc. to celebrate Juneteenth in Thurman Springs Park, Home of the Hardy Family Automotive Amphitheater.
