Up North Dance EventsCumbria's first ever dance convention invites dancers from all the UK to come "Up North" to the heart of the Lake District- Carlisle.An unmissable opportunity for dancers between the ages 4-18+ to experience all genres of dance lead by some of the UK industries best choreographers.UP NORTH DANCE will celebrate many forms of dance including commercial, musical theatre, jazz funk and lyrical. Workshops are based on intermediate to experience dancers however if you have only just started grab this opportunity to develop and try new things. There is something for everyone at this electric celebration of all things dance.Intensive workshops throughout the day, children will take away skills they never new they had- gain confidence, be given the chance to interact with new people, learn new dance styles AND best of all have fun spending the day doing what they love the most... DANCE!
