VFW Sam Houston Post 76, known as the "Oldest Post in Texas," is dedicated to supporting veterans, service members, and their families. Located on the historic San Antonio Riverwalk, we provide a welcoming space for camaraderie, community service, and veteran advocacy. Our mission is to honor the legacy of those who served, while fostering a community that supports veterans through resources, outreach, and fellowship.We host a variety of events, including veteran-focused gatherings, fundraisers, live music nights, community festivals, and military commemorations. From patriotic ceremonies to social events like the Lobstah-Palooza and holiday celebrations, we engage the local community and support causes that benefit veterans and their families.
