The Vino Vinyasa team - Morgan, Rafaella, Tara, Penelope, Rebekah, Mimi and Jen - are all wine professionals and yoga teachers. Founder Morgan Perry created Vino Vinyasa Yoga as a way to combine everything she loves and has been happy to find that her team is just as passionate about yoga & wine as she is! Their classes bring together vinyasa-basedyogaand fun wine facts through creativeyogaposes. Each class ends with a meditative wine tasting, inviting you to mindfully taste what's in your glass while applying what you learned through the poses. Private classes are available and are perfect for birthdays, bachelorette parties or corporate team building.
