Erica's passion to help women live their most authentic life and live their truth, so they can become the best version of themselves. She is an expert in mother-daughter relationships, a licensed psychotherapist of 18 years, and an international consultant, mentor, and trainer to mental health professionals all around the world. She is the owner of Vita Nova Counseling and Consulting in Liberty Hill, Texas. Erica has a Master's Degree in Social Work from the Steve Hick's School of Social Work at the University of Texas at Austin and a certification as a mother-daughter coach from Mother Daughter Coaching International.
