I'm Viviana and I am Italian; I currently live here in San Diego.I graduated as a Yoga Therapist in Spain, in a wonderful village in Andalusia and specialized in Hatha Yoga (200RYT).I have been practicing and teaching since 2019, for both individually and groups.I've organized yoga and excursion combined events and coming soon... yoga retreats in Italy!I love nature, outdoor activities and I firmly believe that a gentle approach to life and starting the day with a smile can make the difference.Namastè
