Volonteurope

Volonteurope is a pan-European civil society network advocating for social justice, active citizenship, and human rights. With over 40 member organisations across Europe, we strengthen grassroots voices and drive policy change at EU and Council of Europe levels.Founded in 1981, we engage hundreds of thousands of volunteers and communities, promoting inclusion, equality, and sustainability, with a strong focus on youth, LGBTQIA+ rights, gender equality, disability rights, and migration justice.We work closely with EU institutions and the Council of Europe, as well as major civil society networks. Our role spans policy advocacy, citizen engagement, and transformative action, ensuring that democracy and social rights remain at the heart of Europe's future.
