The digitalization of healthcare is a tremendous opportunity to build a system that includes women by design. Our objective is to improve the healthcare system in Austria by promoting information and communication technologies that enable the best possible treatment options for women and men. We are women and men who work to balance the scales in this sector by facilitating local and international networks between women active in Health IT, raising the profile of female experts at conferences and in publications, raising awareness about the different needs of women and men in medical environments, and striving to ensure that women are included in the decisions that guide the development and implementation of digital health solutions in Austria and internationally.
