Wai Ling Emily Lee

Artist BiographyEmily Lee Wai Ling was born and grow up in Hong Kong. She earned a Master of Arts (Contemporary Studio Art and Criticism in Education) at HKEDU and Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art) - RMIT University, Australia.She founded Artism Studio and Em's Pet Project with her expressive watercolours pet portraits in supporting charities helping with animal rights and adoption. Emily has a natural calling for animals. In her perspective, Animals and Human begins are belongs together in the world."I grew up watching animal documentaries with my dad, so animals pop up into my mind from time to time. After I finished a huge project with my company then, I got a chance to travel something very far away for a long holiday. Africa, home to the infinite amount of species of animal, naturally become my ideal destination for this trip." - Em
