Warrior Kids Yoga is devoted to supporting the wellness of body, mind and spirit by offering the teachings of yoga and mindfulness to babies, toddlers, and school-aged children to enjoy on their own or in concert with their parent or caregiver.Warrior Kids Yoga helps little yogis stay healthy, cope with stress and cultivate their inner strength both on and off the mat. During each class the children connect, breathe, move and relax. Through playful programs, our certified yoga and mindfulness instructors give children tools to foster resiliency with a touch of grit and grace.
