Warrnambool Storytelling Festival

The Warrnambool Storytelling Festival seeks to promote the practice and knowledge of storytelling through the preservation of traditional storytelling and the development of storytelling as a contemporary art through the fostering of storytelling skills among all age groups, from all cultural backgrounds, and the telling of stories in public places such as schools, universities, community halls, churches, libraries and theatres, with the objective of opening and challenging community hearts and minds.
