We build public and private partnerships to ensure quality services that are effective, culturally appropriate and responsive to the diverse, changing needs of students and their communities. The Source has been part of RBRHS for 24 years. It is a School-Based Youth Services Program (SBYSP). We fulfill our mission through best practices in comprehensive counseling services, prevention programming, advocacy, academic support, employment services, family engagement, basic need fulfillment, free public education/forums and collaboration with community partners. The students had many things in common but two main things stood out: The three high schools are located on or close to Ridge Road and all of them had been impacted by a tragic death by suicide. Together they decided to put their school rivalries aside and created the Ridge Road Run 5K for Suicide Prevention.
