I am an Occupational Therapist passionate about educating and empowering women as they navigate the entire menopause transition including PRE/ PERI/ POST menopause timeframes.Growing the awareness of updated menopause definitions and the broad range of possible body and brain symptoms (30+) that each individual may experience with varying degrees of severity.Raising awareness for updated treatment strategies including the promotion of nuanced conversations with menopause-informed providers on individualized risks and benefits of Hormonal and Non-hormonal medications, Lifestyle Optimization habits (Diet/Nutrition, Activity/Exercise, Sleep Habits, Stress Management, Social Connection), and psychological/emotional/behavioral support strategies.
