Hello Beautiful People,My name is Jaz (she/her) - I am a poet, healer, and the founder of Whistle While You Heal. I created this space in 2022 for folks of all identities to reconnect to themselves and challenge body shame through twerking and community care. Today, we are still twerking with purpose and releasing energy that does not serve us through hosting monthly twerk classes, building collaborations, and more.
