Tara Kaine, founder of Wholistic Kids is a mother of two and a strengths-based, holistic-led Occupational Therapist. Our mission is to help children thrive by empowering both the child and—most importantly—the parent to become their best teacher and therapist. I believe that every parent knows their child best and holds the power to create meaningful, lasting change.With over 10 years of experience providing early intervention services in the home setting, I bring a deep understanding of child development and family-centered care. My personal journey through health challenges also led me to explore and embrace holistic healing approaches, which now form the foundation of my practice. In addition, my time as a stay-at-home mother for three invaluable years has given me first-hand insight and empathy into the day-to-day challenges and joys of parenting.I’m passionate about supporting and empowering families with practical tools, compassionate guidance, and a whole-child, whole-family approach to therapy.
