Virginia Ciderfrom the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.Here's proof that less is More.We are a small, local Virginia cidery that started from a desire to craft something with our hands, a product of science and art. Our fruit comes directly from our orchard in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. We press heritage apples and cool-ferment the juice to proper dry, and age for more than a year.
