WOFO Men In Early Childhood Working Group

We are an international group of early childhood professionals who have advocated for greater er diversity in the ECE workforce for several decades. All of us have worked in classrooms, played key roles in policy-making, owned and operated ECE centers and served in uooer managenent.We bring a global perspective to the conversation that includes strategies to recruit, on-board and retain males for ECE classrooms, increasing male involvment and rationale for balancing your program's workforce.
