What began as a simple gathering place has blossomed into a warm, welcoming community where families and friends come together to camp, swim, fish, hike, and reconnect—with nature and with each other.Just a short trip from home, Wood Spring is a hidden gem where lifelong memories are made, friendships grow, and the stress of everyday life melts away. Our family-friendly community is rooted in respect, connection, and a shared love for the outdoors. From live music under the stars to potlucks at the pavilion, every moment here is an opportunity to build community. Through volunteering and working together, we keep this space alive, welcoming, and full of heart.Our members are the heart and soul of Wood Spring. pitching in, sharing laughs, and creating memories. We enjoy the simple things: gathering around a crackling campfire with family and friends, cooling off in the pond, hiking wooded trails, getting creative with rock painting, or relaxing by the creek. We cherish thoughts of events like Music in the Woods and Borderlands Camping, where members and guests came together to enjoy music, laughter, and the beauty of the outdoors. This year, we're excited to host our newest celebration, Goat Fest—honoring goats and their role in sustainable living.
