XP Summit

The Executive Pastor’s Summit (XPS or XP Summit) is an annual gathering providing executive and operations pastors across the country with connections, content, and conversations. The summit is unique in that it's organized FOR XP’s and BY XP’s. It is usually held in spring, featuring small group interaction with peers talking about best practices on subjects such as staffing, programming, finances, multi-site strategy.
