I’m a meditation guide, sound healer, and spiritual space holder.My passion is creating sacred, grounding spaces for both children and adults to slow down, reconnect, and heal. For little ones, I offer playful yet meaningful yoga and meditation experiences that help them feel safe in their bodies and in touch with their emotions. For adults, I hold space through sound baths, channeled meditations, and women’s circles where we can soften, release, and come home to ourselves.
